CROCLIST: Indian Gharial

Greetings everyone,

    I was just curious if anyone knows what the current wild  
population number is of the Gharial?  Most of the information I am  
finding is a bit outdated.  I checked out crocodilian.com and it  
states that the information in italics will be updated as of  
September 2006, but I dont feel it has (Adam, am I incorrect on this  
assumption?).  If someone can please point me in right direction or  
inform me if the information on crocodilian.com is up to date?
