CROCLIST: River crocodiles and lake ones

Dear listmembers,
Just a short question.
On speaking about Nile crocodile, are there noticeable differences in the
biological rhythms (nesting sites, seasonal movements, meeting point for
mating, etc.) between river crocodiles and lake ones? May an environmental
ecological water system, either river or lake, to condition some appreciable
differences in their biological cycles?
Do Nile crocodile Herpetologists make some biology difference between river
crocodiles and lake ones?
